SmartState National Conference Presentations

In December 2011, the SmartState Program hosted its inaugural national conference, Realizing the Knowledge-Based Economy: Bridging Academia, Government and Industry, in Charleston, South Carolina. The event attracted more than 300 attendees who were treated to presentations by state and national leaders sharing their perspectives on advancing the knowledge-based economy.
